Stephanie Pritts is a dedicated and passionate educator with 23 years of experience in education, including the past 10 years as an instructional coach in the Sheldon Community School District. Prior to her coaching role, she taught at the elementary level, where she spent several years teaching both first and third grade. She holds a bachelor's degree in elementary education from Buena Vista University and a master’s degree from Briar Cliff University.
Pritts’ career reflects a deep commitment to supporting both student achievement and teacher development. She believes that strong relationships and trust are the foundations of effective teaching and learning. She prioritizes building meaningful connections with both students and colleagues as a way to foster collaboration and growth.
As an instructional coach, Pritts combines this relational approach with a strong emphasis on evidence-based practices and data-driven decision-making. She works alongside teachers to analyze student data, implement high-impact strategies and reflect on instructional effectiveness. Her goal is to help every educator feel supported and empowered, knowing that when trust and research-based practices come together, both student and professional growth are not only possible but inevitable.
